Easter

So what have you guys been up to for the long easter weekend ? Hope you had a good rest ! I have been trying to recover from my teeth extraction :( 4 in total... Will blog about the braces experience in the next post. We went out for dinner on Saturday for my last feast before putting on the metals.
Here's my featured outfit for the easter weekend.
ps: you can already see the 4 prominent holes in my mouth on some of the pics :(
Peplum top and pants: ASOS, Ankle-strap heeled sandals: ALDO, Dinner purse: Accessorize, Necklace: Hermes
Can you spot my holes? 4th one on both left and right + top and bottom starting to count from the middle (should be just beside the vampire teeth, right at the sides)

For those who asked, bangle is a religious item... Am a buddhist ;)

Have been trying to take a "in-action" pose for more than 30mins and we got this for the 1st try ;) Not too bad right, except for my big prominent hole..

Loving my new heels from ALDO... hehehe ;)

Next up food review: BISTRO DU VIN shaw centre restaurant !! Authentic looking french bistro located in Orchard under the Les Amis Group. It was our first visit and I must admit that the decorations do remind me of France. Especially the chairs I think :)
Am not sure if it's due to the enclosed area, I felt that it was kind of noisy dining there. Take a look at what we've ordered ;)
Appetizer: Rillettes and Pate
Duck confit with lamb sausages (mine)
I have to say that the duck confit feels a little dry and lamb sausages were not great as well :(

Coq Au Vin (His)
He thinks it's ok, but I thought it was a little salty... Picky picky me :p

Souffle
For the dessert, I thought to pair vanilla ice cream with souffle might be a little too blend since they are both quite similar. Perhaps additional chocolate fudge or fruits can make it better??
Still still still, I had a pleasant experience here.. The wine is good :)
I do recommend this place for a quick fix to satisfy your french food craving !!! Not the best though.

Stay tuned for the next post on my braces experience.. xoxo

Casual Friday

Before going to my featured look for this week, gonna share with you the hottest exciting news in the fashion industry..  Which is......
ALEXANDER WANG will be the next designer to create a collection for H&M. The young New York talent, who is also the creative director for Balenciaga, unveiled the new relationship - which will include a collection of men's and women's clothing, as well as his famed accessories.
Can't wait to get my hands on this fall collection, to be unveiled on 6th November 2014 !!! Get ready to stand in the queue fashionistas !!

Now here's my featured look this week ;) Hope you like it ...
Top: Zara, Jeans: Levis, Espadrilles: Zara, Geek Glasses: HongKong, Rings: Joelle Accessories / H&M

Here's a close up of my ringswag ;)

Had a great friday nightout with my lovely girlfriends at the Kinki bar.. ;)
I enjoy their company soooooo much ... <3

So this weekend was a lazy one...  Saving my energy for my tooth extraction on Tuesday.. Completely freaking out. 4 at one go, am not sure I can take it. Cheer for me ok.. !!! Braces should be on 2 to 3days after my extraction.. Will try to video the process for you guys.. hehehe

Still managed to have brunch at the famous Artichoke Cafe & Bar located in Middle road on Saturday. Well, it did not impress me though.. Fried Chicken tasted sweet due to the spice and the fries were soggy. For those who are not aware, this is a middle eastern restaurant famous for their brunch. I would say that they do have a nice concept and cosy place for brunch, food wise I still prefer Riders cafe. Here's a picture of what we had.

For the ambience, I would rate them 3.5/5 and food at 2.5/5.
What's your take on Artichoke cafe???

Have a great week ahead guys!!! Love.. <3

Tee Off in Style

It's Sunday guys, weekend coming to an end... Actually I dislike Sunday the most out of the 7days.. Well, at least we've got great weather today... Just perfect for practice in the driving range. The last time I played golf was like 2 years ago, wondering what will happen to my body after today.. haha
One of my ambition is to be a professional golfer... How cool is that right... Have a few ambitions during my growing up years, like dog whisperer, top designer, lawyer, dive instructor, ballet dancer, pianist and golfer... Ended up working in a bank instead.. I guess, that's life...

Since he proposed to practice today, of course I took the opportunity for a short photography session before the real game.. ;p
Take a look at what I wore to dinner for Saturday nightout.. Pictures taken only today. I wonder if other bloggers are like this. Sometimes you don't always have the opportunity to take pictures on every occasion you have, so the only way is to retake the next day.. ;) Especially with the lazy photographer I have :p
Crop Top: Forever 21, Skirt: Engell, Flats: Coach
Love my new pearl accessories from HongKong. Check out Island Beverley mall next time you are in HK. Just like our Far East Plaza ;)

Okok, I can hear you shouting bimbo... This is just for the photoshoot.. Here's the real game after I changed into my casuals ;) My second video on youtube.. hehehe.. How is my posture ??

2 years since I played and my gloves are dead after today.. Excuse for shopping again. ;) This is my new girly gloves ;D

Have a great week ahead all !! If you like my blog, please publish for me by telling your friends, colleagues, relatives, everybody you know to read ;) You can follow me on instagram too, @engellpeh
